OnePlus 6 possibly pictured as a prototype with a notch screen and glass back

As laughable a theory as it might have appeared simply a couple of months back, significant Android smart device producers are currently beginning to welcome the iPhone X notch. We’re not talking unknown Chinese clone suppliers, with Asus unapologetically following Apple’s questionable brand-new style instructions.

Up next, there’s Huawei, and yes, perhaps even OnePlus. The business that takes fantastic pride in withstanding patterns like the no-jack motion or early cordless charging adoption just recently validated the OnePlus 6 for a late Q2 launch with Snapdragon 845.

Not a surprises there, as the 5T is still quite fresh, and the initial OP5 will have its 1 year anniversary at the end of the 2nd quarter. The surprise comes today in the kind of 2 hands-on pictures supposedly revealing something drastically various from both the 5 and 5T.

This might well be an early OnePlus 6 model, although we certainly cannot validate its authenticity. Even if genuine, it might still go through considerable modifications prior to reaching shops.

Presuming it’s both legitimate and near to pre-production completion, we can absolutely see it stimulate some debate with a glossy glass backplate rather looking like the Galaxy S9+ back, and particularly an iPhone X-mimicking “notch.”

The total bezels are definitely razor-thin, the notch appears to mix in with the notice bar, and the pill-shaped finger print scanner at the back keeps its range from the vertically-arranged double video camera setup. All in all, this is not a bad appearance … if you do not have an issue with the maker’s numerous sources of motivation. Prior to choosing one method or the other, though, bear in mind this is by no suggests a rock-solid leakage.
