The Beast from the east is about to descend upon us. It is Monday morning and the BBC weather warnings are out. They obviously don't want to be caught napping as before when the infamous Michael Fish the weatherman, declared there wouldn't be a storm in 1987 and it turned out to be horrendous. A viewer had telephoned the BBC to say she had heard there was to be a hurricane on the way.
